Cologne’s top address for productive meetings - for four, ten or up to thirty people. For partners and users at Clouth 104, in the neighbourhood and around the world: up to eight individual rooms are available for you. Whether in the form of a video conference studio, showroom, workshop or even by the hour for agile team meetings: space, furnishings and technology are designed and equipped to fit your ideas.
Meeting rooms 1 to 4 are located on the mezzanine level. They are accessed via entrance C in the courtyard, by stairs or barrier-free by lift. Inside, a common foyer connects these meeting spaces: a space for meeting, getting to know each other and taking breaks. A kitchenette, refrigerator and sofa are available; you can book snacks and drinks according to your taste.

One of the most modern parking garages in Germany is now open to the neighbourhood.
The neighbourhood of Nippes is nice. But parking? A nightmare. But a solution is close at hand: an extraordinary multi-storey car park with over 200 spaces has opened in the neighbourhood of the new Clouth quarter.

Out of the lock-down in style!
After months of sitting in our pyjamas in our hone offices, we long to get all dressed up for work again. That's why photographer Frank Rossbach staged the workplace as a catwalk for Intercoiffure - in one of Germany's hottest new work locations: Clouth 104. The shoot on the roof terrace and the historic gatehouse shows the potential of Clouth 104 as a photo and film location.

Open Studios Cologne
Artists at Clouth 104 opened their studios to the public for the first time.
In September, artists opened their Clouth 104 studios for the first time and were delighted with the large number of visitors: Neighbours from the surrounding area and art enthusiasts from all over Cologne and beyond took the opportunity to acquaint themselves with the artists and art at Clouth.

One of the most distinguished awards for sustainable building has been bestowed on Clouth 104. „DGNB Platinum“ certification confirms, through an independent panel of experts, what users and neighbours experience every day at Clouth 104: a building that makes a sustainable positive contribution today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow to the well-being and health of people, the environment, culture and society for the neighbourhood and the wider urban context.
The German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) awarded the project top marks in multiple categories: for example, for the concept of creating a pulsating hub for the entire neighbourhood with Clouth 104, which connects all the people who live and work here.
With its MobilityHub, daycare centre, studios, co-working workplaces, hotel, event spaces and dining options, something is always going on here. The inner courtyard and green roofs invite you to meet, relax and catch your breath. Speaking of breath: the ventilation and hygiene concept of KairosBlue in Clouth 104 allows inhabitants to breathe easy even during a pandemic.
